design of the show home which is based upon the style of the
development and the target market. Brook House provides the
soft furnishings, furniture and all accessories to meet this
design. Financing is performed on a rental basis for
furniture/accessories & purchase of any soft furnishings.
This financing option makes it a flexible and affordable way
of obtaining a designer showhome, which will sell properties
at a far quicker rate.
